Learning Skills at Work – Practical Support from G Acceleration
Embarking on a new approach to workplace learning can be a daunting prospect for many employers. G Acceleration recognises these challenges and provides a range of practical support depending on the needs of the organisation.
Examples of the support available includes:
Discovery Workshops, Research & Independent Advice for employers who are considering introducing a Learning Skills at Work programme but would like to know more before agreeing to proceed.
This is an opportunity to explore a range of workplace learning solutions and has been designed for senior managers, learning and development teams and HR professionals.

G Acceleration provides a full Project Management service for organisations introducing a Learning Skills at Work Programme.
We support managers, L&D teams and HR professionals in the design and implementation of new ways of learning. This can be ‘arms-length’ support, providing advice and guidance or we can provide a more active role in managing the project.
Agreeing strategies, policies and procedures is key to the success of a Learning Skills at Work Programme so that learning is embedded throughout the organisation.
Working with managers and other staff we help organisations agree strategies, policies and procedures to ensure learning takes place.

We support the Implementation of new ways of working.
This can be training Learning Champions or working with teams to embed learning. Sessions can be face-to-face, via webinars or resources accessed from a learning pathway.
Another key component of a successful workplace learning programme is employees being able to curate and create resources without it becoming a time-consuming task.
Using our extensive knowledge of low cost and free learning technologies we provide Training in the Curation and Creation of learning resources.
This can be training Learning Champions or working with teams to create resources. Sessions can be face-to-face, via webinars or resources accessed from a learning pathway.
If required this support can include digital skills training.

Finally, we provide End User Training and Support, again this can be training Learning Champions or working with departments/teams. Sessions can be face-to-face, via webinars or resources accessed from a learning pathway.
